At The Bump Shop, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, unworn, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition.

• Item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened baby care products

• Personal care products

• Gift cards

• Customized or personalized items

• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@mybumpmybaby.shop.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the product and packaging

We will work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly.
